#8: From Autumn To Ashes - Holding a Wolf by the Ears
I really rediscovered this album this year. Kinda by accident. The song “Delusions of Grandeur” lured me in with its trail of bread crumbs and its history from there. Another good album by this band, and as with most of the bands I have posted so far are not together any more. Tear!! Sometimes the keys to these albums are to listen to them a few times, even if at first listen you dont like it, listen again. The subtleties begin to form connections with songs and it is more like reading a book, smooth with a story to tell, then listening to each track as if they were individually intended. Love it! Sensory Deprivation Adventure.
