When I found this band by chance there first “mainstream” song killed it!!  Common Hours lit the radio on fire and changes so frequently I hardly knew what to do with myself.  Hey they are a hometown product and how can you not root for your hometown bands??!!  Warren, MI should be proud of this combination of hardcore, screamo, techno rift ladden band. …And she screams my name…You’ll never change, you’ll stay the same…at least not for me!

Ahhaha!  The cover says it all on the experience you can predict to have!  Dubbed Nintendo-Core this band produces changes of moods in every song its like ridding a roller coaster in your mind track after track.  With four well known releases predating this one you can hear the progression in their music and the control harbored in thier brutal, and at times comical, lyrics.  It takes smoe getting used to but the originality this band gives us is a must listen.  Couldnt stop listening to this one once I started it!!  Lord Gold Wand of Unyielding!!

Hmmm…Where to start.  Dont know.  I just enjoy this album.  Fire Works at Dawn!

I really rediscovered this album this year.  Kinda by accident.  The song “Delusions of Grandeur” lured me in with its trail of bread crumbs and its history from there.  Another good album by this band, and as with most of the bands I have posted so far are not together any more. Tear!!  Sometimes the keys to these albums are to listen to them a few times, even if at first listen you dont like it, listen again.  The subtleties begin to form connections with songs and it is more like reading a book, smooth with a story to tell, then listening to each track as if they were individually intended. Love it! Sensory Deprivation Adventure.
